Out and about
Within a two mile radius of The Decca Cottages visitors can enjoy several clean sandy beaches, one of which - immediately behind the cottages - is an international surfing beach. Others are more sheltered and are often frequented by seals and otters.
Around the peninsular are rocky islands and cliffs where whale, basking shark and dolphin watching can be enjoyed during the summer months. The fishing, both on lochs or coastline, is excellent.
