Electricity in Fianais is now provided using a token meter. Tokens are available from the us at the Decca or the local post office.

Where
The Decca Station can be found within the community of Ness in the north of Lewis. The area is less mountainous and therefore experiences less rain than the rest of the Islands, although mountain lovers will not have to drive far to find them on the southern end of the island.
The cottages lie behind the sand dunes of Traigh Shanndaigh which can be reached by a beautiful stroll across the Machair without having to walk on roads. (Buggies and wheelchairs would need to use the lane.)
